Derrick Kuchio Ngaywa is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths with vast experience as a legal practitioner. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law. Derrick is a founding partner of the firm.

Derrick has honed his legal skill sets overtime from working in different capacities from top-tier law firms, companies and organizations and institutions hence competent to partake scheduled tasks and responsibilities in their simple and complex forms.

Derrick is remarkably skilled at commercial law: both contentious and non-contentious legal matters inclusive but not limited to business set up, dispute resolution, drafting contracts, company law, debt recovery, bankruptcy, insolvency, employment law and intellectual property registration. He further does advisory on project and business financing, management and investment.

Derrick oversees our Family Law, Property, Real Estate and Construction Law portfolio pro-actively involved from the on-set stage to completion stage. He has managed over the years to successfully interact in these spaces at different levels of engagement and dealings with various entities across the social-economic and political cadres. He has effectively negotiated and handled matters in respective different forums for clients and ensured the clients interests came out not only a priority but safeguarded.

Additionally, Derrick leads the diaspora department, where he is very passionate in building capacities and relationships between the firm and its diaspora clients. Derrick provides the necessary communication link between the firm and the diaspora clients by ensuring each of their needs are captured and subsequently addressed as needed and instructed. Derrick has successfully represented diaspora clients in court in different matters, enabled property acquisition to many of them and oversaw to completion a number of their investment and construction projects on their behalf among many services.

Felix Momanyi Ondieki is a partner of the firm and hands on approach legal practioner with in depth experience and broad legal skill sets honed from his interactions in different legal disciplines.

Felix stewards the firm's matters ranging from alternative dispute resolution, criminal litigation, employment and labor, sports, entertainment law and intellectual property matters among others.

Felix has represented the firm in multi-tribunals, high-end meetings and multi-quasi-judicial forums.
